[Day 4] Building CarPappers.com in Public Today was mostly about preparing tomorrow’s first outbound push. I added 159 automotive sellers to my CRM database across the region Île-de-France and those administrative departments: Eure, Eure-et-Loir & Loiret Then I qualified 55 of them: – 35 independent sellers – 5 franchise headquarters – 3 franchisees – 5 automotive group headquarters – 4 automotive group agencies – 3 agent networks I also defined the outreach pitch I’ll use to contact them tomorrow. And as a side quest, I migrated analytics to @OpenPanelDev. The onboarding took 5 minutes. Everything is already set up. Now I just have to analyze the data. Pretty solid Day 4. Tomorrow, it’s time to face the market! I’m reaching out to my qualified prospects.

I’m listing used car professionals to contact: – dealerships – independent garages – brokers – car traders – consignment sellers The goal is simple: build a qualified list of people who might actually feel the problem. On the side, I’ll also do something that wasn’t planned: implement @OpenPanelDev instead of Google Analytics.Thanks @T_Zahil for the tip. Not because analytics is the priority today, but because once outreach starts, I want to measure real product signals properly from day one.
