@DavidHenigUK I am constantly reminded just how inspired Barnier's step diagram was .. simple, clear, discrete. Blunt. Choose the [step of the] rights you would like, read off the responsibilities that go with it. Some combinations of rights(benefits)/ responsibilities(costs) do not exist.

Important NB on reports the UK government hopes to have an SPS agreement with the EU very soon - the actual agreement is a framework which is unlikely to have the full detail, the important part is the implementation via the joint committee - and the timescales for this
