@Marcus_Mosher What scares me the most is the "men against boys" aspect where he was 25 whooping 20 year old linemen.

This is why I can’t get behind the idea of drafting Akheem Mesidor in Round 1 He never got close to the 1.5 TFL/game threshold in any of his six collegiate seasons. Mesidor is also older with an extensive injury history. And he didn’t test. This should never be a prospect you take in Round 1.

Osa Odighizuwa is a better player right now than Dexter Lawrence and the 49ers got Osa for a 3rd round pick. The Giants are asking for a 1st or 2nd round pick for Lawrence. Great trade for San Francisco this offseason. #49ers

@SamMonsonNFL This was the show that turned me from a casual fan to a hardcore NFL and college football fan. I remember thinking I need more of this, this is the best coverage of the sport I've seen. So much potential...

So, I was expecting this show, talking through our thoughts on the demise of PFF, to be cathartic, but it really wasn't. I'm just left with a profound sadness about the whole thing. What was special to the people who built the company ultimately ends as just another cliche of corporate America. PFF was, at one point, a fantastic place to work where people cared about both the product and their co-workers. Management cared about the people in the company. It stopped being that somewhere along the way, and it was so avoidable. I'm sad for the people who lost their jobs in this most recent round of layoffs. I'm sad for those who lost them in previous rounds. I'm sad for the people who were forced to leave because they saw the writing on the wall, and I'm sad for the people who were sold off to a bigger company, who now have no long-term security. At one point, PFF had an incredible roster of talent. It still had many, many talented people even at the end, but all of that talent was wasted due to the actions of just a couple of people with more power than they had earned. RIP @Profootbalfocus. Unfortunately my time at PFF has come to an end. Back in high school, I viewed PFF as a dream job. For five years, that dream came true and showed me that it was so much better than I imagined. So grateful for my time there and also so unbelievably pumped for what’s next.

Azeez Al-Shaair is in the final year of his contract and will turn 29 in August. With Houston having a bunch of big contracts coming up, it would make sense to move him. He's an awesome player. Would love this for Dallas.

Maybe I was too quick to discount Rashan Gary playing more 3/4i/5T this year. I don't think he's a great fit there but I don't make the decisions. Would make the Osa trade make at least a little more sense, though that would mean DAL still needs to be hunting for multiple EDGEs, which would go against the "DAL moved on from Maxx after trading for Gary" reports we got yesterday. Idk, i'm a bit at a loss right now.

@rjochoa 97 is the youngest and the best pass rusher of the bunch. Trading talent to a contender for a lottery ticket in the back of the 3rd round. Not sound process imo

You can sort of argue that 97 getting dealt was a domino that 11 getting dealt set in motion. 11 led to 95. Then the season brought 92. Suddenly there were a lot of bodies. 97 was the most movable in their minds.

The Cowboys and Bengals are mirror images of each other in so many different ways. Elite QBs. Elite WR duos. A bunch of OL investments. But they have a front office that has no idea what it truly means to be all-in and how to go about it.
