Don't sell the app. Sell the transformation. Let the bio and comments do the conversion. Every top-performing fitness app video barely shows the app. The body is the ad. The app is the answer to "how did you do it?"

I spent years scaling consumer apps with UGC. 2B+ views. 25M+ downloads. $3M+ paid out to creators. If I were launching an app from zero today, here's how I'd promote it (with examples):
