@vivorasvin @_Sheehogue_ I'm unsure what part of backrooms required thinking though? I don't think either of these movies are that deep.
English

@_Sheehogue_ They are both good, but obsession doesn't require thinking, easier to digest.

Funny how 2nd amandment fuckers were real loud about the other self defense case a few weeks back...

@apacio5 @bergerwfries @GMShivers Okay I think Im confused I thought that's what the other guy was arguing
English

@PoutineDaddy @bergerwfries @GMShivers That there are things we call rights that already require the labor of others
English

This is a question both of you guys are gonna have to solve though. You can laugh and say "You don't have a right to someone else's labor" which is true. But someone with no money right now can't just wander into the woods and hunt or trap. People can barely even grow anything due to things being stripped bare with no yards and apartment living.
One side needs to solve the:
"what is the minimum expectation to contribute to society where one can without it being perceived as punitive in order to eat?"
and the other side needs to solve:
"if someone can't go into the woods because of resource management and just get food then what can they do if there are no jobs someone is willing to give them and they also can't get a loan to start their own business"

I just saw I LOVE BOOSTERS by @BootsRiley and loved it. It's so witty and crazy, and packed with bright colors, practical effects, and stop-motion. I had to doodle this funny moment from the movie. Go see it!

English

@bergerwfries @GMShivers I mean that's also true whats your point
English

@GMShivers "when you accept the job of doctor you kind of deal with public insurance patients" - you see how that logic is really flimsy and supports an argument in favor of something I'm pretty sure libertarians dislike?
Also, jury duty. Not just lawyers but everyday people

@t0thpick @Skootish99 Maybe night 1, but he doesn't sleep with her then. However the restaurant scene makes it pretty ckear that she isn't in her right mind
English

@PoutineDaddy @Skootish99 She said she was on drugs which was pretty believable her being a addict and all it’s also infinitely more believable then yea a 6 dollar novelty gift actually granted my wish
English

@t0thpick @Skootish99 by the time he sleeps with her she's gone back and forth between original nikki and the wish version a few times enough to raise suspicion. If he's at least worried about his friend he should be trying to figure out what's going on but he doesn't
English

@PoutineDaddy @Skootish99 If ur a viewer yea ur not thinking with logic like he is tho
English

@drippylucas69 @jesuspinkman But everything is not fine that's why what you're saying doesn't make sense to me
English

@PoutineDaddy @jesuspinkman Yeah that's why it's created a discourse which is great. But it does present the concept of wishing for something and it coming through, like what would the average person do? Would they go through with their wish if everything is fine or feel bad about what occurred.
English
Unfortunate internet user retuiteado

@drippylucas69 @jesuspinkman But it isn't any sort of wish movie
English

@jesuspinkman Now I don't disagree, but in any sort of wish movie, the characters lose control if the wish is projected onto them. And calling that taking advantage of someone is really lazy and unrealistic imo. But anyways in obsession, it's clear bear doesn't take advantage of her after he
English

@ang6377 @Skootish99 What do you think this proves?
English

@t0thpick @Skootish99 The movie shows you every turn of the way that bear knows it isnt her.
English

@Skootish99 Calling him a rapist is just so lame and boring when he didn’t know she wasn’t herself

@SoFloPajkica @nuri271999 @MaitreAlceste Also you suggested earlier that if someone were to be a real victim they should go to the police. Going through the justice system as a victim is infinitely more triggering than whatever you're suggesting happens on social media.
English

@PoutineDaddy @nuri271999 @MaitreAlceste I need definition becsuse youre imagining rape as normal sex it seems.
A fact : seeing your rapost bringd you all sorts of mental breakdowns and triggers.
So if rape really happened, why would she have him on her socials? Why would she trigger her break downs EVERYSINGLE DAY

@SoFloPajkica @nuri271999 @MaitreAlceste Man do you understand how social media works? Do you think someone you don't follow shows up on there everyday? You keep talking about logic but your arguments are full of holes. How victims deal with trauma changes from case to case.
