One of my favourite things about ARC challenges on @gardenrun is where the prizes come from.
About six months ago we started adding rewards to make the challenges more fun, and the Garden really ran with the idea. That's led to prizes from:
- Brands like @RedBeanGuild & @xChocolateParty
- Artist commissions from @YQCre8, @0xLevi & @opanaanimation
- Limited edition goods like @AzukiTCG Alpha boxes & Azuki Cheerio Cans
- $ANIME tokens
Plus all the ARC members who have helped sponsor individual prizes.
We just finished our 20th challenge, and it's been fun seeing this little loop form around showing up together.

Resulting in businesses being born out of the IP owned by the holders/community.

To name a few.
When Azuki becomes a mainstream IP, such businesses will have a lot of adjacent benefits.
On top of that, the community builders hold more sense of ownership.

Most traditional brands doesn't have this edge.
Only a matter of time this will play out big.
The future:

Prob no one is reading, but anyway, been looking into areas to elevate, to rise above, and to have a brand new direction. I have been sourcing and evaluating a few new-found solid vendors.
As you guys knew, making streetwear is hard; doing it in web3 is 10x harder. Yeah, nobody asked me to do it, and I am grateful to each one of you who put their words into action and supported @RedBeanGuild
The last campaign was a punch in the face to wake up... the winds are changing, and I am taking a step back to evaluate our next step
The journey is not ending, but a new chapter will ignite
