One of my favourite things about ARC challenges on @gardenrun is where the prizes come from.
About six months ago we started adding rewards to make the challenges more fun, and the Garden really ran with the idea. That's led to prizes from:
- Brands like @RedBeanGuild & @xChocolateParty
- Artist commissions from @YQCre8, @0xLevi & @opanaanimation
- Limited edition goods like @AzukiTCG Alpha boxes & Azuki Cheerio Cans
- $ANIME tokens
Plus all the ARC members who have helped sponsor individual prizes.
We just finished our 20th challenge, and it's been fun seeing this little loop form around showing up together.

NFTs can replicate this.
Pudgy, Azuki, and BAYC are giving NFT IP rights to the holders.
Resulting in businesses being born out of the IP owned by the holders/community.
Azuki has:

- @archzuki
To name a few.
When Azuki becomes a mainstream IP, such businesses will have a lot of adjacent benefits.
On top of that, the community builders hold more sense of ownership.
And Azuki brand as a whole will grow too.
Most traditional brands doesn't have this edge.
Only a matter of time this will play out big.
The future:
