I'm well aware of how hated we are in the region by the average person, but better a cold peace than killing each other. Egypt and Jordan are not poor because of peace agreements, but rather for other reasons. Israel is not stopping them from developing their economies. The UAE has peace with Israel and it is prosperous.

Israel is holding talks with the Christian and Sunni leaders of the Lebanese government, talks opposed by Shia leaders. As map of sectarian divisions shows, this is more likely to lead to cleansing the Shia from the south and civil war than peace.
