Runner Bummer

@BestBuy Haven’t received a response from the store manager concerning my service and when I asked for DM e mail apparently Best Buy doesn’t have one of those. Choices to get problems resolved are only SM or the online service department

@BestBuySupport Should have received a grill delivery and assembly by 2/11/23. Nothing. After everything best thing being offered for my inconvenience was $100. Mind you I had a Super Bowl party planned. Best Buy doesn’t have district managers to contact either
