Today quietly @BASICS_SCAS responder ER201 rolled past FIVE HUNDRED Enhanced Care calls since the 1st April 2025 which is the busiest this unit has ever been in a year! All thanks to our supporters: @SCAS999 @scacharity @BASICS_HQ @HelipadHELP @MedTreeUK @SnowsVolvo @zollemsfire

The team has surpassed 1,000 responses this year and another 87 in the bag during February. Not too bad for a small team. Let's hope that March brings a little more sunshine. We've noticed an increase in motorbikes on our roads this week, stay alert and safe out there @SCAS999

January always feels like a long month for many of us, after the Christmas and New Year break. Well, the team of #volunteer responders didn't stop and clocked >100 incidents in the first month of the year. Only possible thanks to our wonderful sponsors @scacharity @BASICS_HQ

Another day another tyre while responding for @BASICS_SCAS not a pothole this time but avoiding another less careful motorist who hit some water & skidded towards me so I ended up saying hello to the Kerb! This tyre was 2 months old 🙄 Thanks @GreenLabelPHEM who will replace it!

A busy weekend for the Enhanced Care Paramedic volunteers and our trainees of High Acuity patients here at @BASICS_SCAS with ER102 and ER202 notching up 10 responses over Saturday and Sunday across Hampshire. @BASICS_HQ @HelipadHELP @SCAS999 @scacharity

A month of localised general Low Acuity plus our Volunteers getting in some valuable family time in the Xmas holiday season BUT still our Enhanced Care volunteers attended almost 3 incidents per day in Hampshire during December 2025 for @SCAS999 Thanks to @BASICS_HQ @HelipadHELP

With ER201 having a short holiday at the Volvo Repair centre following a large dog running out in front of me (Dog is fine, car is not thanks to Volvos amazing safety systems) the @BASICS_HQ @HelipadHELP funded ER102 has come to stay to keep me responding @SCAS999 @scacharity

Due to volunteer availability yesterday we had 3 units covering the East, West & North of Hampshire with 10 Incidents attended. 2 were dual crewed with a Trainee & a new qualified Responder on Induction both alongside a team mentor. @BASICS_HQ @HelipadHELP @SCAS999 @scacharity
