Great question. Based on what I've read, if true, means he can't do this but I think it's going to have to go in front of the courts to decide this one. I understand his sentiment but I don't think this is going to be the way to do it. Letting the fed gov stick their nose too far into our lives is a bad thing. And it can be used against us in the future. That's what I do know 😀
