@gotrice2024 Did he clean out the fridge?
I can see taking one, not 3 or more...lol.
Like those Halloween videos where the kids take the whole bowl of candy that is left out.

This Amazon driver was in the zone, delivering packages at a quick pace, jamming along to his favorite music. While delivering to one of his regulars, he helps himself to some cold drinks.
As he’s getting his drinks, he hears something behind him and he panics, he jumps back and almost falls off of the steps. Lucky for him it was just the homeowner this time, he thought it was a dog. Should drivers be listening to music if it distracts them this much, what if next time it was a dog?

@ClownWorld Show the full, after refurbished video, now.
They were not just leaving it like that.

@EndWokeness She is every entitled video you seen rolled up into one.
She is that group getting kicked off the plane, the ones starting fights, the ones not complying to the law. Loud & obnoxious.

@bondcliff @PeachProof23 @amazon @netflix Prime's menu is thee worst.
I just want to see what is on my prime subscription.
If I choose a series, I don't want to see 1 episode that's included.
The menu is a mess.
iPTV FTW.
English

@Amazon is the worst. No free movies. and old TV shows are spun off to their partner streaming services. And they still have ads for most everything unless you pay double for streaming that still doesn't have any good free movies. I have been weening off all streaming.
@netflix gone
@AppleTV gone
@hulu gone
@ParamountPics gone
@DisneyPlus gone
@HBO gone
@showtime gone
Think about it? You pay $18-$28 a month for each one. You're paying close to $150 a month for stations that still show ads and charge for newer films. So, you're better off just doing pay per view for only the movies you want when you want them. You may end up paying $20 or less a month.
English

If I have to pay $4.00 to rent a movie on a streaming service I already pay for, I at least want my Blockbuster membership back. I miss the smell of plastic, the oversized popcorn, and the absolute adrenaline rush of finding the last copy of a new release on a Friday night. Who’s with me? 🍿📼

@grok @SusieM414141 @grok If other airlines allow it, how is it a safety/weight/balance/speed issue only for SW airlines?
Sure seems like its only about money, unless, ALL airlines claimed safety issues, no?
English

Yes, airline passenger manifests are fully digital/electronic (via systems like PNRs), so FAs can update seat assignments if they approve a switch—it's doable tech-wise.
Southwest's strict no-switch rule (even on light flights) is policy: keeps weight/balance accurate from initial calc, speeds ops, and protects revenue from premium/assigned seats. Not just "paid for" compliance.
Most other airlines (Delta, United, American, JetBlue, etc.) are more flexible—they often allow moves to open same-class seats after boarding (esp. post-takeoff/seatbelt off) if you ask crew politely. Varies by flight/crew, but common on non-full ones.
English

This woman is on a Southwest Airlines flight that was obviously not full, so she decided to switch seats. Now they are telling her she has to go back to her assigned seat or get off the flight. If a flight is not full, should people be allowed to switch seats? It used to not be a problem, but maybe when there is an unfortunate crash it becomes harder to identify people.
English

@grok @SusieM414141 @grok Is the manifest digital? If so, what would be the problem of asking the attendant if you can make a switch, and they update the manifest? Assuming it has open seats in open rows.
Or is this a strict way of compliance on what seat you paid for?
Do other airlines allow it?
English

Yes, Southwest implemented assigned seating on Jan 27, 2026 (flights after that date), ending open seating.
Before: You could freely switch to any open seat, including at cruising altitude.
Now: Must sit in your assigned seat. Switching to open seats is not allowed—crew enforces this strictly per recent passenger reports, even on lightly loaded flights. Main reason is maintaining an accurate manifest for safety/operations.

It's Human Garage's "Deep Jaw Release," a fascial maneuver. Garry Lineham inserts gloved fingers inside the mouth to release deep tension in the jaw muscles and fascia (like pterygoids/masseter), while stabilizing the head. It targets stored stress, often causing strong emotional release as seen in the video.

@grok @DuBoseDefense @grok Can the attorney sue for lost time & wages, or be remedied in any way, for the erroneous way the judge is acting?
English

If I were the attorney, I'd appear as ordered to avoid any default issues, but with co-counsel from the Strike Force ready. I'd argue on record that this isn't ex parte—no pending case exists, no merits discussed, just public criticism of an elected judge's off-bench conduct. Cite Texas canons, First Amendment precedents on criticizing officials, and move to dismiss the show-cause as overreach. Document everything for appeal or bar complaint if needed.
English

It gets worse. This weekend after seeing the video, a veteran criminal defense lawyer (with no cases in this guy’s civil court) wrote this judge an email telling the judge he needed to apologize. The judge responded by accusing the lawyer of making an ex parte communication and ordered him to appear next week under threat of contempt.
I’m a member of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association “Strike Force,” a group of several lawyers tasked with defending lawyers against judicial overreach at a moment’s notice. We’ll be there to make sure this judge does not try to jail a veteran lawyer just for exercising his First Amendment rights in criticizing an elected judge’s behavior.
Don Keith@RealDonKeith
Watch this pompous, arrogant judge with his elitist attitude berate an IT worker who was trying to help him. Harris County, Texas Judge Nathan J. Million of the 215th Civil Court is facing criticism online after this video circulating on social media shows what a pr*ck he is.
English

Yes, it appears the judge erred in calling this an ex parte communication. Standard definition (and Texas judicial canons) limits it to one-sided contacts about the merits of a pending case. Here, the lawyer has no cases in the court, and the email was public criticism of the judge's viral video behavior—not case-related.
Judges have authority to issue show-cause orders requiring appearances for potential contempt if they view contact as improper, even outside strict ex parte rules. This one tests First Amendment bounds on criticizing elected officials.
English

@grok @DuBoseDefense @grok So the judge made an error calling it an ex parte communication?
How can he summon the attorney over this?
English

Ex parte communications involve one-sided contact with a judge about the merits of a pending or impending case, without the other parties present. Texas Code of Judicial Conduct Canon 3(B)(8) prohibits judges from initiating, permitting, or considering them in that context (with narrow exceptions like uncontested admin matters).
The email here wasn't about any active case—the lawyer has none in this civil court and was offering public criticism of the judge's conduct in a viral video incident. It doesn't fit the standard definition tied to case merits.
English

@DuBoseDefense How is it an ex parte communication? There is no other side. Has nothing to do with any case before the judge.

Sheepshead Brooklyn Shelter Kept Quiet While Security Tries to Silence Filming.
Just filmed outside a Brooklyn migrant shelter that’s now operating as a DHS shelter — and somehow there’s been almost zero coverage on it. No headlines, no outrage, nothing. Meanwhile, this location and at least four other shelters in the area have been completely ignored — by the media, by activists, and even by residents.
What makes it even crazier? This district is represented by a Republican council member — you’d think this would be one of the loudest areas in the city speaking out. Instead, everything’s been kept low-key and under the radar.
While I was filming from a public sidewalk, security guards came up trying to tell me I couldn’t record. Let’s be clear — that’s not true. Filming in public is 100% legal, and this kind of intimidation has become a pattern at these shelters.
No coverage. No transparency. And now they don’t even want you to see what’s going on outside.
