We took up the matter with government and can CONFIRM that what the middlemen Comrades did will be REVERSED. You will get your PROJECT FUNDS as agreed with government. The Medical records and history of our people is UNDER WATER, termites, fungus. Indeed, the 🐀 have made your Medical Files their beds. Do you remember when LOAN FILES at NSFAF got lost? We AGAIN repeat our ADVICE to government to avoid Slogans and Announcements and instead FIX and CORRECT these things. Yesterday I made an unplanned visit to a construction site in Kavango West Region. The contractor there informed me they were promised payment three weeks ago and are still waiting. Consequently, they cannot complete the project due to a lack of materials. I have communicated this to the line ministry and it will be addressed from today. Understandably, we have been complaining about contractors but in this particular case the problem is not theirs; it is ours as government officials. When contractors deliver on their end we should not unnecessarily delay their payments. This might be one site but I have heard from line Ministries that the issue is widespread. We are addressing this matter earnestly. Dear contractors especially SMEs, our commitment is to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the country and we appreciate your cooperation in achieving this. He surely follows the BIASED, BULLDOZING and the EMOTIONAL approach to Parliamentary leadership instead of SUPERIOR LOGIC and OBJECTIVE APPROACH. He says three (3) key things to those whose Brains are only full of SWAPO Colours, SWAPO Songs and SWAPO 4X4. FIRSTLY, he ask them to listen to Superior Logic we submitting in Parliament. SECONDLY, he advises them to do research first before emotionally responding to national issues we are raising. And THIRDLY, he ask them to HONESTLY acknowledge the TRUTH after they do their research on our submissions. The LESSON is this: it is Important to STAND UP and RESIST wrong things.
