I can be so cynical at times but man, with all the game reveals we've seen, everything on the horizon for this year and next.
Kind of feels like years of vocalizing what we like and what we don't actually had an impact.

They blocked crossplay ave cross saves for YEARS, charged extra for next gen upgrades, Sony has been first for price hikes (hardware, first party games, ps plus), awful refund policies. Etc
