@LizJone55098804 The majority of public and even users of the ponds disagree with you. You being unable to cope with democratic will is a you issue. Check your bigotry hun.
English

There aren't 38k people who use the pond so clearly this statistic has no credibility.
Most probably don't know that most trans claiming men are entire heterosexuals nor that this ruling means all ponds are now legally mixed sex or you can sue for discrimination.
Dr Ruby (she/her) jaboukies everything@PaperWhispers
86% of the 38,000 responses were in favour of trans people having continued access. The transphobic rhetoric is political because in real life, people who are consulted, choose inclusion.
English

@LizJone55098804 The whole scope of GRA was to change sex and gender for all purposes and being able to change sex on all ID including birth certificates its purpose. You are demonstrating precisely why that was included in GRA - you only dont like it as you wish to discriminate!!
English

@SVPhillimore Humans cannot change sex. The law recognising that it does is a nonsense. If they want to recognise 'gender identity' then use that term and don't change sex on birth certificates, driving licences and passports.
English

The GRA is an appallingly drafted and now entirely outdated statute. We should not allow zombie statutes to shuffle about the legal system, to be hijacked in this way. Get rid of it.
Musks Smol Dick Energy@SmolDickMusk
@SVPhillimore 😂🤣😂 So hilarious! 'rEpEaL gRa' 😂 Concerning that for a lawyer you laughably believe that law compelled on the UK as remedy law as a cobsequence of the UK losing in Goodwin v UK at the ECHR has any unilateral basis for repeal! 😂🤣 🤡
English

@LizJone55098804 @SVPhillimore Secondly humans defintively can change sex so thats arbitrary. Cope - GRA was effectively a punishment on the UK for infringing 4 articles of Ms Goodwins human rights, it wasnt a privilege but a right to legal recognition for the UKs past failures.
English

@LizJone55098804 @SVPhillimore Arbitrary, the UK had its day in court, it lost and Ms Goodwin won. Its irrelevant how anyone feels about it as it isnt a democratic matter nor a choice on the UK it was a judicial decision by the ECHR. The scope remains the same today - to change sex and gender for all purpose
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron The US overall has far far weaker consumer laws vs the UK and EU. If i took a faulty high end TV that blew up after 4 years to a US retailer and expected it repaired or replaced id be laughed out of the door, in the UK that would potentially be a right! Yes 4 years!
English

@SmolDickMusk @dnalerinrehtron I don’t know about in other countries but in the US this is not a guarantee as it can be reversed on appeal by the merchant. I can’t imagine other countries not having this ability too. Now I don’t know what the decision wouldbe, I’m just saying that I worked for a bank & seen it
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron ... have to be returnable on demand for any reason, you can open and even use an item as you have a right to determine if an item is of 'metchantable quality' so yes, it can suck for online sellers and you just have to accept that returns, even fraudulent returns a fact of life!
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron ... The UK is a bit more unique as not only visa/mastercard chargeback rules but consumer law is strong too. A companies own 'refund policy' is arbitrary. A company can say 'all sales final' or 'no refunds' however statute renders them mute. Any goods ordered mail order...
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron ... a chargeback as a given. That means a POD proving delivery on the agreed date/time, the right address and with proof of signature. Many delivery companies to make more sure now also lack GPS coordinates and take a photo of the item delivered.
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron ... deemed the cardholder is correct and the merchant is in the wrong. The liability and onus is on the metchant to prove it a valid charge and not on the customer to prove it isnt. For cardholder not present you best have absolute evidence goods were delivered otherwise...
English

@suddenlysally @dnalerinrehtron I know chargebacks really well, I was a legal professional early on working in Visa! The Visa and Madtercard chargeback rules are international. The position of both Visa and Mastercard is simple - if a customer claims a charge as unauthorised or in dispute then it is...
English

@MillieCheesey @silentbobni @forevershallon @SVPhillimore Laughable silliness by the usual far right knuckle dragging bigots, losers and pathetic little whiny tantrum throwing little girls! Do better please! 🙏
English

@silentbobni @SmolDickMusk @forevershallon @SVPhillimore Foe someone pretending to be smart that sure is a choice spelling of lawyer.
English

@LaydenRobinson @elonmusk Fuck me thats tiny trace amounts of fentanyl, heck i wear a 50mcg/hour patch! Funnily enough i dont magically stop breathing! Again minute trace amounts of THC. Nuce try sweetie, you got nothing!
English

@bootscooterld @Axitrex @elonmusk Hang Chauvin. That or the elrctric chair. Life for a life, end of. Do it today. I hear a good salty meal before the electric chair works well as a final meal zappy⚡️ zappy ⚡️
English

@Logosintell @elonmusk Not really. His life matters no more than anyone elses.
English

@SonofLiberty357 @elonmusk @PatriotErin Typical dishonesty by you racist fascist loonies. Suffocation wont leave a quantifiable injury. In takes extreme injury to damage the airway/larynx as its a strong bony system but very little to achieve asphyxiation and in very little time.
English

@forevershallon @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore Laughable! The Supreme Court is the highest jurisdiction in the UK however as a signatory member of the ECHR the UK agreed long ago that it is the final court arbitration and can rule over the UK as it did in Goodwin, further as Goodwin began in UK courts is final on them.
English

@SmolDickMusk @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore The highest court in the land is powerless?
Hear yourself!
While you think ECtHR controls state lawmakers and law.
Too silly.
(And regarding your bedding on the ward provided for the opposite sex: breaches of the law are simply that. Compliance with the law isn't a choice.)
English

@forevershallon @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore False. Again you are clueless and Ill disengage after this post as you are a delusional cult member. As per this it is 'for all purposes' as evidenced by a new birth certificate in that new sex and past sex protected from disclosure. Get over it!

English

@SmolDickMusk @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore GRA concerns an ‘acquired gender’, not sex. (Note: the law is an absolute mess.)
Sex is an apparent human attribute. It isn’t and it can’t be a matter of secrecy. Sex recognition is a core human capacity driven by evolution.
You over-emphasise the importance of Goodwin and I.
English

@BirdThe86733 @SVPhillimore Irrelevant. The scope of GRA wasnt marriage but to change sex and gender for all purposes and that vetbiage remains on statue even now! No the ECHR case of Goodwin v UK was beyond marriage, that was the risk UK courts/UK took by saying no to Ms Goodwin and ECHR took the case!
English

@SmolDickMusk @SVPhillimore Mr Goodwin can today marry whoever he wishes and will receive his pension at the same age as everyone else.
The reasons for GRA in 2004 are now moot.
English

@forevershallon @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore You seem utterly clueless as to law, its understandsble as your head is stick in girly gossip group cults. Most cults dont like their beliefs challenged.
English

@SmolDickMusk @MillieCheesey @SVPhillimore I’m referring to the two cases before ECtHR and judgments. Which only concerned the ‘post-operative’.
English
