Trump is attacking Judge Merchan’s daughter in violation of the gag order that was placed on him yesterday. This is not some kind of 3-D chess by demented Trump. Merchan should treat him like anybody else who violated their bail in this way. The best move ultimately will be for Merchan to jail Trump while he awaits trial, which will also cut his access to his Truth Social posting.
