2 months ago we did $1300 revenue monthly. Now we do on ~$3000 monthly. On track for doubling again next month. How we doubled twice so far: The best thing a founder can do to scale is not simply “tell everyone!” That would be great if you had a megaphone? But you don’t. Paid ads with positive return on investment is the only way to scale effectively. Don’t have fresh content? Get UGC creators. Measure, how much is a cost per download for you? Don’t have that number? Figure it out. Use ai, make funnels, measure every step of the way. Then measure, how much do I make per download? If its less than your cost per download you need to identify cliffs in your funnel:

To give you an idea of how bad the AI bot problem was getting I muted about 17,500 of them, then started blocking them recently, so another 3,000 99% bots So I blocked about 2.5% of my follower count and didn't even get close to stop AI replies either

You can automate this! You can create a webhook on this info to hit a basic llm like 4o or 4o-mini. Then parse the info and use LLM tools to enact a change on your db. So you can do something like write to a refund bin all the metadata. Then separately have a listener function to writes to the refund bin that will handle stripe api for chargebacks, and subtract 5000 credits from the person. Then sendgrid or any email or sms api, to notify the user of the chargeback. Extremely cheap, <2 cents.

I wonder how to fix the last part of customer support I still get and can't automate: Customer buys 5,000 credits for $350 Then messages me: "I signed up for $99/mo but it charged me $99 and then $350" Yes because you bought 5,000 credits for $350 % of people either just lie or they have memory loss Then they chargeback and I can't win ever anyway I could make some thing to add a refund if your credits aren't used yet though that might solve it? Annoying!!!!!
