7/ @Uber_India@Uber — your Zone 6 supervisor at Mumbai Airport is running a racket. I have photos of the driver + vehicle. Strict action needed, starting with Mr. Ganesh Shetty.
6/ This is not a bad day. This is a coordinated system to push higher-value XL bookings at passengers’ expense using intimidation and misinformation at a captive airport location.
4/ After loading/unloading across 2 cabs, I was forced into a larger vehicle — paying MORE than my original Premier booking. 1 hour wasted. Zero accountability.
3/ When a Premier did arrive, staff claimed 4 bags wouldn’t fit. I fit them myself. New excuse: “Driver’s choice.” I sorted that too. New excuse: “Police will fine driver ₹10,000 for extra luggage.” Complete fabrication.
2/ Staff at Zone 6 (supervised by Ganesh Shetty) told every passenger: “Premier will take 30 mins, book XL.” Meanwhile Premiers were showing up on the app every 5 minutes. Lie #1.
1/ Arrived at Mumbai Airport last night with 4 bags. Same luggage I’ve taken in Uber Premier Mumbai–Ranchi–Mumbai multiple times without issue. What followed was 1 hour of threats, lies, and forced upselling.

1. Why cant I redeem my reward balance to my bank account?
2. Why did my card transaction fail? My money gets blocked by you. Who takes the onus if my card due date is passed if you inform after 2 days that the transaction failed?

No prior intimation, no announcement, no last-minute fast check-in support — just forced extra charges. Very poor handling. Took 750 rs per kg for 7 kg. Your random charge was more than my flight cost.
