@MattRadSD @KimKatieUSA Yes there was a Wet system installed and functioning. Fire protection systems are installed to prevent loss of life, giving occupants time to evacuate, not necessarily to prevent structure loss. That's what insurance is for.

@CassiusCam530 thanks, I have a pull up and dip station, I got pretty sick ended up in the hospital dropped to 185lb. Im back to 205lb after 3 months of working out 5 days a week. Diet is dialed in trying to get back to benching 225 for my 50th birthday in September. I enjoy your posts, thanks

@TheRealRobC1 If that’s the only equipment you have I’d recommend sticking with dumbbells…more versatility that way …you can use the dumbbells for just about any muscle group

If you train before your blue collar job I recommend implementing the use of Ketones…I need all that glycogen for work…using ketones as pre workout will spare some glycogen for the rest of your hard work day. You’re welcome

Well I suppose I learned last summer that life is short, definitely too short for holding grudges.  So when @GamebredFighter said he wanted to sit down and break bread of course I took him up on it.  Today he came to Wisconsin, sat down had some dinner and chatted it up.  Turns out we have more in common than different 👊👊👊  Felt great to bury the hatchet and make a new friend.  Life is too short to hold grudges, bury hatchets and move one with your life.  So glad Jorge was able to come to Wisconsin today.

@OpenlySober 40 Days Sober! Cleared out the garage and got my home gym back in place. Went and got my blood work done, had low T got on TRT and Peptides. Going to get ripped for my 50th birthday in September. Can't have idle time to think about shit. Best decision I have ever made!

What advice would you give someone in early sobriety? Lots of people are trying dry January, but in the back of their minds, they know they want to stay sober. I originally told myself I'd see if I could not drink for 60 days, and it turned into over 9 years.

Maybe it’s just my feed, but it seems like a lot of people gave up alcohol for the new year. While AA is the official group for meetings around that (highly recommended), if anyone wants to do a spaces to talk about their challenges and triumphs with sobriety I’d be happy to host one.
