@SelinaFan6 Hi! We’ll always provide the opportunity to transfer tickets whenever we can, but this option isn’t available for every event. It’s possible that it may be available nearer the event date, but this isn’t something that we can guarantee. Thanks! - LC

@TicketmasterIre I did not get to attempt to purchase tickets this morning as it continues to say your browsing activity has been paused. I have tried to sign in, I have tried to change WiFi or cellular network, I have switched devices and moved location. It is ridiculous

@TicketmasterCS Hi I cleared cache/cookies (I also deleted and reinstalled the app). I am not using any VPN software. I have tried different browsers and different devices. I have tried using my WiFi and my mobile data. None of it has worked. What do I do I cannot try search/buy anything now.

@TicketmasterCS That does not help me at all sorry. This is the message I received and have so for months. I am not using public WiFi I am not using multiple devices at once and this issue has been persistent for months. Please how can I get this to go away as none of your suggestions work.
