@ThreeUKSupport Could you look at yur network? Been going up and down all day, affecting multiple people in the BD6 post code area with massive packet loss. Calling your helpline just results in being told no problems, but is impacting multiple phone SIMs & b/band at same time.

@Tesco We were in compliance with what the parking signs said, yet still got a parking ticket of £70 for shopping at @Tesco. Come on customer services people - this is in your gift to sort to avoid impacting future shoppers. I shouldn’t have to point this out to you! Do some good!!!

@TonyJThompson Hi Tony, the parking tickets are enforced by the company Horizon rather than Tesco. We, from here, always ask that you appeal this with the company that management the car parks as they are the ones that have charged you. Thanks - Andrew

@Tesco Tesco’s parking management company, Horizon Parking, need to update their store opening hours for Bradford Peel Centre. Have received a £70 parking charge notice for overstaying the 10 min parking policy despite store being open, store don’t seem to be interested in fixing

@Tesco Horizon are only implementing Tesco’s policy. It is Tesco that determine the store opening times and supply them to Horizon to update their systems. The store have said they’ve seen an increase in tickets issued so something has clearly changed recently.

@Tesco Horizon have the wrong store opening time on their system! We as customers have no way to get this issue corrected as they will not talk to us - only Tesco. Appealing the parking ticket is only part of the problem. Tesco need to correct this mistake!!!

@Tesco Do Tesco not want to correct the mistake this company keeps making? I’ve spoken in-store and this is a common issue that is getting worse - surely Tesco need to sort this mistake out with the company you have chosen to use, to save many other customers having a poor experience?

@Tesco What ever happened to doing the right thing for your customers @Tesco? This is really poor customer service from you. The least you could do is actually investigate and remediate this issue for your loyal customers! Very poor show on your part!

@TonyJThompson Thank you for getting back to me. All we can advise for customers parking over the amount of time advertised on the signs in the car park is that this is appealed to Horizon as they are the company that issue the fines. Thanks - Andrew

@Tesco The issue is I didn’t park over the prescribed time on the sign - this is a Tesco issue that needs to be resolved by Tesco. It’s your parking policy and your decision to outsource parking management to Horizon Parking that is causing this problem for me and other customers.

@Tesco Appeal was declined, they claim 10 min max waiting time exceeded, but have wrong store opening time in their system, so what now? This is an issue caused by Tesco. Where’s the customer service? Confirmed in store, happening to many customers but you don’t care? Tesco need to fix

@Tesco I’d actually like Tesco to sort this out so other customers of yours don’t go through the same problems. You’re going to start losing customers when you treat these sorts of issues as not your problem to sort. It clearly is your issue to fix!

@Tesco That’s a little difficult when your parking subcontractor makes it impossible to contact, rejects your appeal without listening and Tesco have an inconsistency between the store opening times and what the parking people think it is. Another example of Tesco palming off the issue.
