@USPSHelp Hi! My package (tracking 9202090167924310192450) shows delivered to a front desk in Atlanta, GA 30349. However, the label address is American Fork, UT 84003. This is a clear misdelivery. Can you please investigate and redirect it to the correct address?

@USPSHelp A previous tenant came back on my property today and left a threatening note in my USPS mailbox. Who can I report this to besides my landlord and local PD? She doesn't need to be touching my mailbox if she's not the mail carrier.

@USPSHelp sent a small package int'l (Scotland to Florida) - safely made its way thru customs in Heathrow, cleared customs in New York, sent to Queens dist centre, then GA, B'ham AL all within a few days. Now stuck in Pell City AL for 4 days... what's going on?! LE418179265GB

@USPSHelp i have tried to call the local post office, the main toll free number and am getting 0 success. i tried 5 timrs. i did an on-line, through qr code, redilvery schedule and the package never got redelivered. this package is the cremains of my recently deceased dad. help

@USPSHelp can I get an explanation why my items are stuck in the Kearny NJ hub (10 mins from my residence) for the last 3 days and have STILL not been delivered yet? Why can’t I just go and pick these items up instead of waiting? One is my spouse’s specialized feeding tube food.

@USPSHelp Good Day I’m a bit confused as to why my local USPS has not delivered my package yesterday. Instead forwarding a “No access to delivery location”. I’ve never had any issues prior and the mailbox is the conventional mailbox 📪 in the front of the house. I’m baffled. 🤦🏾‍♀️

@USPSHelp - Why is my package in AZ when I shipped it from Sacramento, Ca to San Diego, Ca?! Dropped off in person at 10:30am at a post office on Thursday. And how are you going to say it’s still “expected delivery Saturday by 9pm”? 2nd time this month something like this happens

@USPSHelp can someone explain this? How did my package arrive at 2 places that are 4+ hours apart, twice, at times that are 3 minutes apart? And where is it actually? And the DM option doesn't work.

@USPS @USPSHelp Are you planning on sending it to Canada? Ukrainian Post delivered the package to the US on February 12th, so is Ukrainian Post better than American Post? Best wishes, a mother from Ukraine. @USPSHelp
