It’s official. We’ve raised $14m led by @OpenAI Startup Fund to bring AI to Excel.
Endex is the first AI agent to live inside Excel.
For the past year, we've been working with financial firms. Today we’re releasing it to the world.
Our capacity is limited; comment below for an early invite 🧵

@garrytan Hey Garry, I am building something slightly different although it serves a similar purpose. I am actively working through the fall YC application currently. I hope I get the chance to pitch you the idea. I really think you - among others - would absolutely love it.

BREAKING: President Trump's Economic Advisor Navarro says "this was the best negative print for GDP I have seen."
The Kobeissi Letter@KobeissiLetter
The Fed's worst nightmare just got worse: New data showed that US GDP CONTRATCTED by -0.3% in Q1 2025, while +0.3% growth was expected. To make things worse, the GDP Price Index surged to +3.7%, its highest since August 2023. What does Powell do now? (a thread)

@MercurialWisdom @TylerPk @t_blom @boozymandias It’s not, you’re ridiculous for thinking that’s ridiculous. Anything relationship based or that requires manual labor (I.e., plumbing etc) will increase in value. Especially if we no longer have illegals who are willing to do the work whites feel too privileged to do.

@JakeGagain It's already sending. Wait till this bonds

@carrigmat What are the benefits of local LLMs? Is the main value driver privacy / data control or performance? Are the performance gains significant compared to just using a “online” distilled model or paying for GPT-4o?

This is a joke, but it's actually kind of a good idea - reminds me of the nuclear power generators on the voyager spacecraft and curiosity rover (similar to what Mark Whatney digs up in The Martian). No moving parts, very reliable source of power.

Meet The Enron Egg, the world’s first at-home nuclear reactor. Watch the historic reveal.

@litcapital There’s a reason Bezos mentioned in his op-ed that perceived trust historically has only been lower for congress until recently. Media needs a massive shakeup and hopefully the Washington post can chart the path.

Feels like I’m living in an alternate reality from mainstream media
Just saw headlines about Trump’s comments about Liz Cheney being shot and thought “damn that’s bad, wtf did he say now”
So I went and found the actual clip to get the context (attached). Trump effectively said, (and I’m paraphrasing): “she’s a war hawk, let’s see how she likes war if you give her a rifle and she’s got 9 barrels shooting at her. They’re all war hawks when they’re sitting in Washington saying let’s send 10,000 troops to fight the enemy”
I thought Democrats have always used this type of example towards Republicans calling for war. Is being anti-war now a bad thing? How are major outlets publishing these types of headlines? Arizona’s top prosecutor is apparently investigating this as a possible death threat (bruh)
When there is clear evidence and people can see the actual footage for themselves, they can see the mainstream media is purposefully distorting news.
This does nothing to instill confidence in the public and further fuels division

@danielchalef @zep_ai Is the data entirely expunged from the system or is it merely “disguised”. As copyright law pertaining to AI continues to evolve, what constitutes removal will inevitably become a super important question.

LLM data extraction at scale is super difficult. 😅
We tackled this when building Graphiti, the @zep_ai temporal Knowledge Graph library.
