Tyler is by far the fastest uploader of ad creatives for our creative clients 50 clients after this slow (and actually he beats some of our clients where we media buy too) One of the reasons they are growing so fast

Working with @kamal_razzak on our creatives, we can barely keep up operationally. Been building the foundations for our next push while his team make baller creatives every month. Even though my media buying sucks right now the creatives are carrying us inside the testing campaigns only. Huge momentum building. As soon as we finish restructuring, we’re going to hit another level of scale. Good partnerships are everything.

You're bearish?? You can literally have Codex create a goal to ingest and analyze transcripts from any YouTube channel in the world, create a skill based on the knowledge, then create an agent on top of it in HQ, and you're bearish??

I built a Claude skill that lets me copy any viral video ad — with my own product dropped in. Show it one viral ad → it clones the whole style. Backgrounds, typography, zooms, cut rhythm, pacing. Swaps in your product, your face, your voice. 8 scene changes in 9 seconds. Never opened a timeline. One skill file. Raw clip + reference video in → finished ad out. Comment "EDIT" and I'll DM it 👇

this is a zackdfilms reel we found a way to recreate this exact style in under 2 minutes completely automated from idea to finished animation > no animator > no editor > no manual keyframes > no endless revisions just one product, one angle and an ai workflow that handles the script, animation, voiceover, captions and final export recreating a video like this manually would normally take an editor 3 to 5 hours and cost anywhere from $100 to $300 at 50 creatives a month, that’s up to $15k in production costs replaced by one automated workflow this is where creative production is heading not replacing the strategy or the creative idea replacing the slow execution, expensive production and constant back and forth with editors rt + comment "animation" and i’ll send you the exact process (follow for dm)

How I am making most of my statics with Claude right now: Instead of having Claude make the prompt and generate the entire ad via nano banana or Chat, Claude is using those tools to make the core visual and then it’s adding all the copy, branding and other elements itself. Not only is this faster and usually cheaper, but it also guarantees consistent branding and no errors like typos. For things like whiteboard style ads I’m still making fully with NB/Chat, but everything else I’m doing with this hybrid system.

People who are awesome at replying to DM and messages how do you manage this? I find myself getting lost in work, forgetting to reply and then it’s weeks or even a months later. I value the connections and want to be better at this, it’s something i am genuinely bad at.

I fucking love the MoreMozi channel. It’s a goldmine of business insights. So I built /ask-hormozi A skill that uses 2,039 indexed transcripts to answer questions with timestamped citations directly to Alex Hormozi’s videos. Link in first comment.

How to become an AI native company: 1. Create a single MCP/API gateway. Let your team connect to your systems. 2. Create a company brain - Connect your static context ("Who are we", "guidelines", "product docs" ) - Connect your hot context (meeting notes, emails, slack, active projects) 3. Create a company harness. Instruct AI on how to interact with your company brain and systems. 4. Onboard your team into the harness. Create a self-improving loop. Let it learn from their work. 5. Create a model-routing layer. Evaluate and distribute work to the right model, at the right time. Remove vendor risk. 6. Build autonomous agents on top of your company harness.

2.2m spent on a single ad since Feb Team is COOKIN Wouldn’t be surprised if that over doubles by EOY Here’s the formula (rip n print): - relatable story about problem - aspirational person intros product - mechanism explanation - timeline of results - soft cta
