Yesterday, I was talking to an older woman in a salon. Mid conversation, she asks if I am married. I say “no”. She asks how old I am and I say “I’ll be 30 next month.” Then she said the reason I’m not married yet is because I seem too proud of my accomplishments and no man wants to be with a woman who won’t bring herself down at least a bit for him. I just giggled, sipped my water and turned back to the book I was reading. Lmao, I’ve chosen peace this year yet people keep testing me.

Trump has an inferiority complex. He knows MAGA is coming to an end, and this war is a desperate attempt at extending it a little bit further. One thing to understand about African states is that they have always used misogyny and homophobia to keep the people distracted from actual ongoing ssues. A country will pass a bill to reinforce homophobia or stall women's bodily autonomy so the people can forget or less focus on other pertinent matters like an economy shrinking or simply the rising economic poverty. Violating human rights is always a distraction for them. Like The people are hungry but for now let's make them worry about the high rise of homosexuality lol
