I just gave an interview to the rather hostile @vicky_afm from the @sheffieldtrib to whom I gave specific, careful and very limited quotes due to the manner of her approach. She had an extensive “version” already from the men involved and I doubt she will write a balanced report but she should at least strive for accuracy and avoid defamation. Victoria felt she could demand that I respond to each element of their version of events but I am not obliged to do so and it is for her to decide whether to publish what they say. She should not embellish my words which were carefully chosen. I repeated when badgered “I have given you a quote and I don’t wish to say more”. Her petulant manner was laughable. She said at the end “nothing is off the record or you’d have to say up front!” like she had tricked me into something. 🤣
