Is your Verizon iPhone on SOS? If so go to settings —> cellular —> turn off the line and then turn it back on.

Weird. My husband and I both have @verizon. We are in the same house right now. He has service and I don’t. His phone is paid for by his employer… that’s the only difference in our service. #VerizonOutage
