Great work Sir, I would suggest not to bother much if despite having worst public transit in India if companies like JP Morgan, Google choose Blr's ORR as their head office location, why bother .. even if gets 2 times more worse companies will still be here .. weather is so good !! In my entire career, I would have come across at least 50 men, whose divorce happened 1-2 years ago, but they couldn't heal. They kept performing for their parents, for the society, for their siblings, handling their financial responsibilities. They come. They sit. They sit in silence, not able to speak, so overwhelmed with emotions. Then they start to speak and cry. They finally find a safe space, where they know their tears won't be judged. That they won't be called weak. They are broken, devastated. They tell their stories, where no matter how much they loved, no matter how much they did, it wasn't ever enough. Some got cheated on. Some married a girl who resented him from the 1st day. Some came out of a nightmare legal battle. Some even lost their dad or mom due to their court cases. Some of them are broken to that extent, where if a woman even touches them, it sends a shiver down their whole body. And even after all this, these guys can't let it go. They still have a corner in their heart where they hold on to the good past memories they spent with her. They don't even realize it was them who created those memories, while she just acted. Their ex wives move on with their lives, get re-married. They are stuck, in everything. They leave their hobbies, isolate themselves, don't meet their friends, develop addictions, don't take care of their health. Some even get fired from their jobs due to poor performance. Many of them think everyday only if somehow God takes away their life, and they will finally be free. It pains listening to their stories. It pains how almost everyone of them once thought they were a feminist. It's common what their wives told them when leaving them. "She doesn't feel for him anymore." "She doesn't love him." "She has no desire for him." To not be selected by their own wives. It breaks a man. If I tell their stories, it will break the internet. But, I can't. Not unless they give consent. Men, selecting your spouse is the biggest decision of your life. When you select her, you give her the key to your health - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. If you don't select wisely, she has the power to break you in every way possible. And your life will be pushed back significantly. Be wise. Be judicious. Be cautious. If your intuition says even 1% feels off somewhere, trust your intuition, and walk away. And don't hesitate in getting help. Your true brothers won't judge you. Unload your burden.

I think best practice would be to give pure petrol and flex fuel ( 85%) separately & stop this 20/25% mixing . Heavily subsidize ( 0 tax on ) flex fuel till its adoption grows .. that way Gdkri ji also happy, country also happy, ppl also happy .. Maybe they will do it in a year but @Rs. 80/lit, adoption will be slow, make it Rs.60/liter till you have at least 10k flex fuel cars being sold every month

Finally the paid campaign to defend Ethanol policy have started officially. The brief is.. Ethanol is good. To save forex. Farmer's income. China's EV lobby. In no video they will tell why pure petrol is not available despite 90 percent cars being incompatible. Some lies would be spread. Some truths would be mixed. Some sacrifices would be asked. No answers would be given.

I haven't cried in a long time But today I was turning my friend Jon's blog into physical books, and I was writing the foreword, and I broke down into tears Jon was fit, made good money, got girls... and he committed suicide. Why? Who knows. Guys can appear to be doing completely fine, and then it can turn out that they have demons haunting them on the inside. Please check up on your friends and ask them how they are. Not just "I'm fine", I mean, HOW ARE YOU, how is your mental health, are you doing ok? Can I help in any way? If more men talked about what was bothering them, we'd have far fewer men killing themselves. When men die, society does not care. But it's a tragedy nonetheless. It's been 2.5 years, and I thought I was over it, but I suppose human loss is something we can never actually get over You are being missed my friend. And I hope the books I make for you survive till the end of times

Nitin Gadkari has indeed built world class Expressways... There could be some patch issues here and there, there are corrupt contractors but pls don't make a man villain who has changed the Road Infrastructure of this country.

So if you are poor , you are entitled to talk everyone's right to walk.. tomorrow we will be asked to give 1 room from our house to poor ? Where to stop.. reduce 2 lane roads to 1 lane and give 1 lane to poor ? 10 to 25 vendros on a strech taking footpath causes issues to thousands who use that road per week .. already footpath is narrow .. but thousands tax payer must not walk so that 25 ppl need that space .. what about the lakhs of Ola Uber drivers who drive cabs without taking public property & pay GST & taxes ??

Instead of targeting the rich and powerful who are illegally running big businesses and evading rules, authorities are harassing poor street vendors who are simply trying to earn an honest livelihood by selling goods on the footpath.
