I’m not here to hype. I build, I scar, I share. Mostly about #AI, #billing, and the messy bits of running #startups. Building @CredytAI and other things

Just wired up an MCP server and Claude Plugin/skills pack for Credyt. Game changer! Configured my entire pricing setup in a couple of minutes of chatting. I need to record a video of this 🤯

Claude desktop is one of the most important daily apps, as it combines Cowork (personal assistant ie Anthropic Openclaw) and Claude Desktop (coding). There some minor fixes that 10x's the UX for users, hopefully @felixrieseberg @amorriscode can push out: - notifications seem unreliable to me, especially in claude code desktop, when I'm on Cowork, i've noticed it not giving a notification when cc is done. - shortcuts to navigate between chats, not clicking to select chats - notifications for cowork/cc always bring me to top of convo and I need to manually scroll down each time - /plugins: cowork allows managing plugins on app, but claude code desktop doesn't - overall feature parity with claude code cli

We're shipping a new feature in Claude Cowork as a research preview that I'm excited about: Dispatch! One persistent conversation with Claude that runs on your computer. Message it from your phone. Come back to finished work. To try it out, download Claude Desktop, then pair your phone.

Anyone using the typespec > MCP tools from Microsoft? We already define our APIs in typespec, it seems a shame to not reuse it

@mattlam_ @amorriscode @felixrieseberg It's probably less relevant to general development but lately I've been out our entire brand/GTM and being able to visually iterate on specific design elements like this is golden. Ask code to ideate on a layout and you'll get a mess of ascii x.com/i/status/20340…

Claude's UX is going from strength to strength. Using it to A/B test a color palette change today and it just rendered out a wireframe for me to help visualise the impact 👌

@amorriscode @mattlam_ @felixrieseberg Claude Code lacks the visualization experiences you get in Claude Desktop Chat. It's also better for researching. Sometimes I want to combine these capabilities

I get the hype surrounding @claudeai remote but I don't know why people aren't more excited about running Claude in GitHub actions.

@noahzweben Does this require Claude desktop UI or could I run it against Claude Code on a Linux box I host elsewhere?

And another thing... Skills and a bunch of /slash commands (/clear, /compact) etc now work over mobile in Remote Control. As a heads up we dont have auto-complete yet so better get those spelling-bee skills sharpened :) Update to latest cc & mobile

@jarydesign Now I'm wondering if people will see the joke in this or genuinely think I have this skill 😁

@jarydesign I wrote a skill that helps you find real humans using Claude. Like this post and follow me and I'll DM you the link.

@HackingDave I really wish X's API was more open/cheap so I could filter out the AI posts. It's actually hard to find "real" people to follow these days. Maybe we need to bring back Follow Friday :)

What I’m realizing is 99.9999999999999999999999999% of AI posts are from people that are trying to get more followers and clicks and has no real world experience on actually deploying. “Improve your workflow 80% by this one Claude skill” “Omg they just released this and it changes the industry completely” It’s all bogus. Create your own workflow that is tailored to you. Don’t buy into this garbage.

There's never a better and cheaper time to build a software product. Getting customers, now that's another ball game 😁

Is anyone still doing tech certifications? That's an entire industry that must be dying. I remember doing my MCSD back in the day and cramming for a week to get the Bill Gates seal of approval.

@Shpigford @claudeai This is the AI equivalent of a British person abroad talking slower and louder at someone who doesn't speak English.

@ANoffsinger I'd prefer a unified experience across all the apps. Using Claude Code feels like going back in time compared to the desktop experience

Love the Claude desktop app. I think it's ready to be broken into a couple desktop apps, or simplified

@petergyang Most agents are AI API calls in a workflow and honestly they're suitable for most use cases. All the challenges of coordination, durable state, scheduling etc. are solved engineering problems. You don't need an agentic framework to solve them.

Building APIs and MCP is obvious but when you should you build your own agent?
