Dear @SearsHomeExpert - the part I need was delivered, I have it, ready for my appt, but customer service can NOT schedule it cuz they show that SAME PART as being on backorder! no one at the 800# can override the system to show I have the part and need it installed-WTF, Sears!?!

This chart is from Our World in Data, using NASA’s Ozone Watch numbers, and I overlaid some “milestones” in banning CFCs. This was supposed to the “great example of global cooperation in history”?

@FedEx @FedExHelp 9 days since “standard transit” date 5 days - Sun-Thurs - our package was “on FedEx vehicle for delivery” 48+ hours since “delivery option requested” No notice/no update/no tracking change!!!

@FedExHelp - Now I KNOW this tracking info is largely fictional; we did NOT make a “delivery option” request at 3:49am Thursday morning - we made that request EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON, but you guys rec-conned it into the history for whatever face-saving reason you have.
