@SearsHomeExpert but do you actually show up to do the work? Because I’ve had these parts at my house for more than 2 weeks now and you keep no-showing for the service appointments to install them. And it looks like 4th time isn’t even going to be the charm.

@SearsHomeExpert I had a part on warranty, it was ordered and service had to be scheduled. When I attempted to reschedule since we received the part, nobody will fix it. had two service people show up, and they both refused because the order was not scheduled properly.his.

@SearsHomeExpert Sears is a ripoff. You had a technician that’s inexperienced try and repair my $3000 fridge but instead damaged it. I’m surprised yall are still in business. I’m going to seek and attorney. I paid @SearsHomeExpert $400 for a repair they didn’t do and I’m still without a fridge.

@SearsHomeExpert how can you be so customer unfriendly in service dept. my appt was rescheduled 4 times and was told by technician who visited twice that fridge needs replacement. Even notes say same but still no replacement coupon. New fridge on ur site unavailable till 11/11
