Thanks! I'm using an empty square and 'crowd' character sheet (img1+2) as reference and seedance lines them up, looking unnatural. (img3+4) I could generate a frame with GPT2 but I like the natural look of Seedance too much:) Part of my prompt: Wide bird's eye view of the entire cobblestone town square, completely PACKED with a huge gathering of villagers — a real informal crowd, not organised rows, people standing in clusters, families together, leaning, talking quietly, all turned toward the center. Around the parked truck and the pallet there is a small EMPTY CIRCLE in the middle of the crowd — a natural clearing the people leave open.

@LudovicCreator I’m trying to generate a big crowd with seedance, 500 people on a village square… Difficult. Did you ever come across an example of this or do you have any prompting tips?

this just shows the massive gap between what the average ai content producer thinks is good and what consumers would like/is good art for the sake of art, i clicked through the video at so many spots and all of it was all style and no substance (a cheap imitation of style, extreme over reliance on the basic midjourney aesthetic without tinkering hard enough with it, terrible dialogue, repetitive fight scenes just for the sake of being flashy - the beginning scene was so bad with a middle aged vampire fighting on top of bookshelves - how could the guy not even notice?) all those expensive tokens provided by @dreamina_ai cpp (2 hour 20 mins) gone for something that doesn’t even have anything as interesting as a young womans substack entry about how the sky looked today and how much she loved cheesecake i really hope we see better creators getting into Ai soon instead of in their stupidity or following trends pretending its a disease, without some effort to cultivate filmmaking or writing (which so many creators lack, and they act like seedance is a slot machine) - without the effort we can give a person a rocket building manual, but it will be useless if he cant read it, taste is the moat

@carolletta I had the same problem. Generating in 1K and high quality helped.

I am testing chatGPT 2 and Seedance, and I have a little problem with the quality of images ChatGPT is generating! Have you had the same problem? How did you fix it?

I generated 2 multi shot Seedance videos for this local Beer commercial edit, that’s it. Seedance based itself on my 9-panel storyboard, but really did its own thing with it! Cool stuff.

Great tips! I used the same workflow to upscale shots. Generate multiple clips in 480p (cheaper), then edit it together, then use that edited video as reference video together with all reference images needed for an 1080p generation. Technically it’s not upscaling but a whole new video with the right images following your edit.
