Two weeks ago I bought a Tesla Model Y and I’ve never been more optimistic that we’ll be able to use technology to reduce vehicle crashes and, ultimately, deaths from driving. The autopilot is incredible. I can’t wait for a majority of drivers to have vehicles with it.

Moving St. Pete's municipal elections to coincide with presidential and mid-term elections was a bad move. Voters approved it in 2022 and 2024 was the first election under this consolidation. Local issues got drowned out and nobody cared about council races.

Real estate is completely collapsing. There is no question. Don’t let anybody lie to you. This is South Padre Island, Texas. I lived there for more than a decade. I have never seen even 1/10 of this number of units available at once. 284 houses for sale at the same time.
