@itsnoahd ok i didnt believe this but it worked. Change the language to anything else in siri. Wait until that language starts downloading, stop and revert back to english us. It immediately unlocked for me.

I am generally curious as to how the Siri waitlist is being handled because I’ve been on it since launch with no luck.
