The problem I have with it, is the downtime between rounds, ban phase 15s, pick phase + prephase makes it like 90 sec downtime.
It needs to be faster, ban phase should be 5 sec, pick phase 7 sec, only 20 sec prephase and a round timer of 2 minutes.
High elo players don't need to think 3 minutes to understand how to counter one operator
