OK, so I just heard the Labor govt is cutting private health insurance subsidies for those over 65.
This must be a piddling amount for Labor to claw back, & will likely cause increased pressure on public hospitals as oldies drop out of private cover.
I can only conclude the @AlboMP govt is digging down the back of the couch cushions to pay billions to the US for subs we’ll never see, & for the privilege of storing American nuclear waste.
