@lysosm Just an observation that if the younger generation doesn't start noticing their faults and working on them, they might become a mirror of the aunties they criticise.

It's okay to criticize aunties, but who will bring change? If one doesn't change from this point onwards, then they'll be in a similar situation sooner or later. You have to create boundaries too. What is causing overeating? Do you have a good relationship with food?

being indian and being in a deficit is the worst thing ever bc why is every meal like 1000cal and aunties will crucify u if u don’t eat rice or roti

Do you want to live well ?
If you want better output, upgrade your inputs.
Most people obsess about output but completely ignore the inputs.
If you fill your body with junk food,
your energy crashes.
If you fill your mind with junk content,
your focus shatters.
That is like putting dirty fuel in a Ferrari and expecting it to win races.
And then you wonder "Why am I not performing at my best?"
Your body and mind both reflect what you feed them.
So be aware of your inputs.
Better food.
Better thoughts.
Better habits.
Better environment.
Because your life is not decided by what you want.
It is decided by what you consume daily.

You can't have a bigger sweet tooth than mine, I bet
But that shouldn't stop anyone from hitting protein goals.
You don't have to eliminate sugar or sweet stuff. Just find a way to incorporate them in your overall diet, which should be high-protein, high-fiber.
Make these high-protein Brownies
Mix one scoop whey, one egg, one mashed banana, one spoon oats flour, 5 gm baking powder,vanilla essence
Air-fry at 140 degrees for 15 mins then again for 10 mins depending on the consistency
