It's okay to criticize aunties, but who will bring change? If one doesn't change from this point onwards, then they'll be in a similar situation sooner or later. You have to create boundaries too. What is causing overeating? Do you have a good relationship with food?

You can't have a bigger sweet tooth than mine, I bet But that shouldn't stop anyone from hitting protein goals. You don't have to eliminate sugar or sweet stuff. Just find a way to incorporate them in your overall diet, which should be high-protein, high-fiber. Make these high-protein Brownies Mix one scoop whey, one egg, one mashed banana, one spoon oats flour, 5 gm baking powder,vanilla essence Air-fry at 140 degrees for 15 mins then again for 10 mins depending on the consistency

@sanyayyyy The "healthy" part can be quite misleading because quantity and lifestyle affect what is or isn't healthy for you. Even a packet of chips could be healthy if it was consumed in the right manner depending on the consumers lifestyle.
