I saw this airport drama coming for some time now and I got ahead of it. I’ve been squatting at the Minute Suites in Charlotte Douglas International for the past eight months. Other than living off small cans of plain Pringles and Starry, it hasn’t been half bad.

I grew up in a “leave it at my door” economy. It’s unfortunate my daughter has to grow up in a “hand it to me” economy.
