#SATIETY in his book, @davidludwigmd discusses a topic I carefully researched. insulin responses to food/glycemic index. I went VERY deep. @MichaelMindrum I found variation. many over respond by making more insulin. survival mechanism?

what is satiety? is it a hormonal brain event? are the stretch receptors in the gut also communicating hunger to a part of our brain that is not easily perceived by humans. It operates under the radar. breastfeeding an infant education...

at D G, I did it all. Sometimes I was the boss, sometimes I had to room patients by taking a set of vital signs & putting the paper chart on the door.... BSN with MPH... I room patients better than ANYONE? seriously I can have the big ego also.

Saying it like it’s news 😂 NHS “leadership” with successive Govts have been proactively seeking to undermine the integrity of all the professions in the health system. -Doctors with PAs/PAAs -Nurses with NAs -Midwives with Maternity Support Workers -All professions with ACPs.

I suffer from hypoglycemia & will over eat if I do not stick with foods that do NOT trigger glucose as easily... the over processed food topic got ruined fairly quickly. when I need to drink a coke or eat candy? my blood sugar will test out at 50.

@MichaelMindrum Dr. Hall had reached an endpoint. My view obviously. He could not go forward as his training was in physics, not physiology or human biochemistry. @davidludwigmd is circling around the concept of satiety. This is the key to obesity.

found genetics/genetic drift in Arctic areas of the world... no problems w/high fat nor higher blood lipids. are all the genes known? NOT to my knowledge.....

we? some inherited the ability to grab onto fat more effectively than others & we form gallstones. well known problem. is it worse on keto diets or worse on the new meds? PANCREATITIS leads to Diabetes 3-C. digestive enzymes get blocked in common bile duct.

THANK YOU @DanielJDrucker pancreatitis is a problem w/high fat diet; problem w/new weight loss drugs. I looked at gallstones/possible genetic drift. No prove of what happened in the past. SUPPOSITION: low fat environment. We grab every molecule of fat.
