@fedexhelp I need some help with a delivery, the tracking website said you tried to deliver to my house for two days with two different reasons in the delivery exception. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and said they couldn't help me.

There's no reason in 2026 that @FedExHelp @FedEx can't understand addresses with "1/2" in them and can't deliver to the correct building. This is the third package FedEx has lost because of their incompetence.

I had an expensive package being delivered today that had to be signed for. Time window 10:40 - 3:40. Around 4, I see the driver pulled up in front of my house, leaned out the passenger side hold his phone down and take a picture of the street, get back in the drivers seat and leave. Then I get an alert that nobody was home to receive the package. FedEx won’t do anything about it, since this is not the first time they’ve pulled this garbage. Trash company with trash employees.

The worst thing that can happen in life is purchasing a mattress online waiting 3 weeks for it to show up even though the website said it should 2, FedEx says it's in your city and should show up by 2:00 pm, so you throw away your old mattress in preparation Then boom, DELAYED!
