@olouie 100% agree. And thankfully I had one of those outstanding FAs on my next flight. Meanwhile, my wife was stuck onboard with the FAs who were actively hostile to her. She didn't get served dinner or breakfast, but she certainly got the cart slammed into her seat several times.

@JTGenter @united @united plus, I did some digging online. You get complaints about Turkish baggage charges on United awards occasionally, and you eventually send a travel voucher or full refund. Let’s not go the route of me looping in various state AGs about deceptive ads. Do the right thing.

@JTGenter @united @united do better. You know any reasonable person would read this as “the cost is zero, and the cost is set by Turkish Airlines.” If the cost isn’t always zero, you should have just said the Turkish part, and not the zero part.
