I can say I will never ship via @FedEx @FedExHelp cuz my recipient probably never get it. I had a package from AT&T signature required and they never even went past my house and then shipped it back to shipper same day. I rolled my security cam footage and they never showed. I’ve noticed it’s always FedEx signature required this driver does it like he’s afraid to blow his horn or get out of his truck. Cuz packages that don’t need signature he sets those packages inside the gate, which in turn he has to get out and push the gate open.

@FedEx @FedExHelp I’m very disappointed in FedEx they attempted a delivery today stated building was missing numbers, which isn’t the truth. There are numbers on all buildings and numbers above each apt. I’ve never had an issue before with fedex.

Hey @FedEx it is absolutely ridiculous that I was home all day and then got a “failed” delivery notice because your driver was too lazy to use the call box. Now I have to wait again and your customer service bot keeps hanging up.

@FedExHelp My name is Alok Mohanty from Cherry Hill, NJ, and I need urgent help regarding a serious incident involving a fraudulent FedEx pickup. On May 14, FedEx delivered two iPhone 17 Pros that I ordered through my cell phone company. Later that day, I received a call from someone impersonating a company representative claiming the wrong phones were sent and that replacements would be issued. He instructed me to return the phones and said the same FedEx driver would pick them up the next day. On May 15, the same FedEx driver came to my house and collected the phones. When I asked for a return label, he said he had it in the van and would handle it. Later, my cell phone company confirmed they never initiated any return request and advised that I should not have handed over the phones. Since then, I have contacted FedEx customer support multiple times via phone and email but have received no clear response regarding who authorized the pickup or where the phones were shipped. I am extremely frustrated and exhausted by the lack of accountability and response. Requesting urgent assistance and investigation into this matter. Why tf does FedEx never give you any tracking updates? Shit pissing me off. I should’ve ordered my Cecred products through their website like I normally do instead of through Ulta. First off it would have been shipping from Jersey instead of California and I woulda been had it.

Two days, THREE misdelivered @FedEx packages. One I only found because my pastor happened to see the FB post asking if anyone knew (my name) on (my road). Today? That's not my porch, but FedEx's website *will not even let me report the packages as missing*.
