@googlefiber @googlefiberhelp there seems to be issues with the fiber accounts. Tried the app as well as on different browsers and devices. Keep getting various errors, like 500, "this email is not associated with a fiber account", or "this information isn't available at this time".

I don’t usually do this but I’m pissed. I returned equipment to @googlefiberhelp and apparently it wasn’t returned so now I’m charged $220 for doing what I was supposed to do.

Hey @googlefiberhelp what is happening in TX 782XX area? Install has seemed to stall out for months now. Utility marks and little orange flags still scar the neighborhood and no new fiber layed.

@googlefiberhelp I recently switched to Google Fiber, but many websites are a returning a 403 error when browsing, regardless of what device I'm using on my home network. I've tried alternate DNS servers and port forwarding. Can you please help resolve?

I will be cancelling my @googlefiber subscription next week. I recommend others in Austin not use Google Fiber, either. @googlefiberhelp has been telling me "we don't have an estimated completion date or any update for you" for two weeks. It's like they want me to churn.
