@googlefiber has cut our Internet lines 5 times IN A YEAR. It really seems intentional. As soon as our line has been cut they are packed up and gone within 5 minutes.

@googlefiber I have NEVER had this much issue establishing connection in 3 years of service. I’ve now had two technicians come out trying to finish the installation with both saying there’s no signal at the tap. I’ve gone now two weeks without service. This is unacceptable. WYA?!

@googlefiber my Internet has been down for almost 10 DAYS now. I’ve had three different technicians come out and they keep saying that they need to call someone to come fix the line. Instead of them fixing the line they just send another technician and rinse and repeat..

hell has frozen over. moved to austin, haven't been able to get @googlefiber working for three days and am wishing @Xfinity was available here. I had Xfinity working in 15 minutes when i moved to Seattle.

@googlefiber @Webpass shouldn’t take being on the phone all afternoon to convince your reps our whole building with 50+ homes is out after strong winds wiped out our service in Chicago. All the people that work from home out of luck. No service till tomorrow night at the earliest

How you know you're getting quality internet service. Technician rolls up saying they got a "ghost ticket" and so does nothing. Go to support and get "I am unable to help you with this request at the moment." Thanks GFiber :-(
