Extremely disappointed in @googlefiber. A solicited hardware upgrade has left me without internet for 48 hours, severely impacting my work. Being offered a small bill discount for a total service failure is unacceptable. Need a technician sooner than monday. Can anyone help?

@googlefiber our google fiber has been out for the last seven days. Every day I’ve called tech support and every time they have said it will be up tonight by at 7:33 or 9:31 or 11:04 and so on. Fortunately @Starlink sells terminals at the Homedepot. Thank you @elon.
