It reads the latest City Council and School Board minutes and agendas, checks social media, etc and then just drops a text file with links to sources. And because I've integrated mine with my Obsidian notes, it already knows what stuff is most important to me to begin with.

I know @grayzoneintel has mentioned this a few times lately, but the paid version of claude is pretty overpowered when it comes to area research. I've had mine writing me a Monday brief, and it checks for local, county, and state level news, important events, protests, etc.

alright, let's get into the joe kent leaking accusations. first, there is an accusation that joe kent leaked classified information. i don't know and neither do you. i have been /shocked/ at how fast some people, including former green beanies, will try to throw joe kent under the bus for his difference of opinion on iran. he's entitled to the presumption of innocence and a fair trial, if it's true. it's ridiculous to treat this as a fact right now. second, there are reasons to believe that this is a smear campaign, as scott points out below. i will give you the TLDR, however, if you want to read the rule book, Scott lays out the counterintelligence policy and rules in this post. and the counterintelligence policy and rule states that upon a credible accusation of leaking of classified information, the individual under investigation is to be stripped of access and removed his position. if it's true that the fbi launched an investigation "months ago," then by counterintelligence policy and rules, joe kent should have been removed from his position "months ago" not several days or a week or two ago. if he was only more recently removed, then it's either a failure of CI policy enforcement or this whole thing is being cooked up to drag him through the mud. again, i don't know anything other than the accusation and i'm sure @ScottC20012, as a former CI guy, can fill in the gaps much better than i can. but this is something to consider.
