@_ashleypeacock I use my agents file to instruct it to re read the file(s) and verify the changes match the plan or request. Very simple but effective and performs at the end.

Opus 4.6 is next-level dumb today: - Ask it to move ~20 pages - It moves 5, forgets the rest, I ask again - Fails to delete the old pages, now there's duplicates - Tell it to clean up duplicates (I am lazy), tells me they are gone (they are not) - Deletes them when asked again

And to those immediately spiraling into “this means nuclear war,” please chill and relax a little. All this literally is ending a future nuclear threat. Not every hard-line equals global catastrophe. That’s not how this works. You’ve grown so used to watching terrorist pandering that you don’t even recognize what resolve looks like. The regime are paper tigers let them fold or make a choice that will lead to their ultimate demise. As Winston Churchill put it, “We shall show mercy, but we shall not ask for it.”
