Writing Python without understanding encapsulation is like building a house with no interior walls. Everything works until someone in one room accidentally breaks something in another. Without clear boundaries on what can be accessed and changed, any part of your program can modify key internal data at any time, and tracking down what went wrong becomes a problem in itself.
