@Yrrepmot @NeleHelena I get this, along with crazy tachycardia anytime my head has been bent forward/looking down and having to scan side to side (example: sorting papers, clothes). Comes on suddenly and usually ends in migraine for me. I also have been diagnosed with MCAS (and am suspected for POTS)

Do #MECFS folk get this symptom: Sudden heat in the head, neck, & torso, burning feeling on skin, followed by sweating. The heat is so extreme it transfers onto your pillow which is hot to touch 😳 Sometimes followed by repeated yawning (brain trying to cool down?😧) I get this during intense concentration on my phone & the onset is quick. It goes after a few minutes. Anyone have this?
