@BHolmDev That’s what I want! And for the next level up, we do have two tracks — individual contributor and manager. I’m already doing all the “glue work” so I want to level up but stay IC. But my boss just keeps strongly hinting I should manage 😒 So fingers crossed I get what I want 🤞🏻

@hellochelly @uxdesigncc @TedGoas It is definitely good to level up, but if you love what you're doing then it's hard to make that decision. Is there any chance you can perform manager duties and still be involved without insane stress?
